Portland's new Food Recycling Program began October 31, 2011. Most of our customers, although your postal address says Portland, are not city residents. However, some of our Forest Heights and other customers are within City boundaries.
 City of Portland customers who have questions about the new food scrap program may contact Walker Garbage, the City of Portland at 503-823-7202 (extended hours), or view the City of Portland's website at portlandcomposts.com. There is additional info on the City of Portland website.
