Auto-debit payments are made directly from your checking or savings
account on a regular schedule. Your account will be debited
for the current balance on your Walker Garbage account, on the fifteenth day of the month.
Your payment will be debited six times a year in accordance
with your current payment schedule—if you currently pay
only in odd-numbered months, your debits will continue to
occur in odd-numbered months, for example.
To initiate auto-debit payments, please fill in this form completely,
sign it and mail it to the address on the form. Or you can
fax it to 503-629-0835.
NOTE: Auto-debit can take up to one full billing cycle (two months) to take effect after you submit your information. If you have an amount due at the time you sign up, please pay through your normal method or your account may show a past-due amount.
Once signed up for auto-debit, you will still receive your bi-monthy bills with your service charges on them. When the auto debit is in place, a notice in the upper right corner of your bill will say "auto debit—do not pay." You can find your Walker Account Number on your current postcard
bill.
If you don't have a bill, call the office at the number above
and we can look it up for to you.
Routing numbers
Your bank account routing number appears on your checks as the first
group of numbers at the bottom of the checks. Your bank account
number is the second group of numbers, The third group of numbers
is simply the check number, please don't include that on the
form.
