Fill out this form to change your garbage service. If you need to cancel your service, please use the Cancel Service Form. NOTE: If you are moving to a different location in our service area, we will set up a completely new account for you, so you need to use the Cancel Service form to cancel, and then fill in another New Customer form for your new location.
